Heidelberg Hall, Pennsylvania (Work in progress)
A stained glass border is never just a frame—it is the anchor that holds the light together.
Every single glass shard in this intricate border was meticulously chosen to interact intentionally with the scenic centerpiece. To achieve the perfect color depth, some border pieces will soon receive an additional layer of glass, carefully stacked to manipulate the light exactly as intended.
Watch how the ribbon of textured, amber-gold “jewels” catches the sun like dappled light through branches, while the deep plum and crimson flanks cradle the bright core, gently guiding your gaze back to the blooming canopy. It is a masterclass in visual harmony, where structure meets the wild poetry of nature.
